Indy Autonomous Challenge Provides Blazing Finish to Lukewarm CES 2022
Read it in "Tech Tips with @newyorkbob" in Sree's Sunday Note
In addition to The Paper PC, I also write a weekly Tech Tip for Sree’s Sunday Note, a popular and fast-growing Substack newsletter by Sree Sreenivasan, who has served as chief digital officer of the City of New York, Columbia University and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
My latest “Tech Tips with @newyorkbob” covered last week’s exciting Indy Autonomous Challenge, which marked the first time self-driving Indy-class race cars ever faced off in head-to-head races—not just one-at-a-time speed trials. The winning car hit 169 mph in the final race.
The race provided a thrilling finish to a subdued CES 2022, the nation’s largest tech show, which was hampered by low attendance and missing exhibitors caused by concerns relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Head over to Sree’s Sunday Note for the whole story (scroll down when you get there) and subscribe if you want to read my Tech Tip every week. The package makes for excellent Sunday reading.
